1- I don't have a BlackBerry Phone, will this still work on my Phone?
No. Paltalk Mobile™ BlackBerry® application is designed to work only on BlackBerry® phones, however we are working on versions for IPhone, Android, and Windows Mobile platforms, sign up here to be alerted as new platforms are released.
2- Is there a Paltalk version for iPhone too?

3- How do I find out about updates for this app, and other Paltalk Mobile™ applications?

4- I can't type/see in arabic characters.
Arabic characters are not supported on our application yet. You will be notified when it is ready.
5- I keep getting "java.io.IOExeption:Tunnel failed" error. How do I fix this ?
If you are receiving java.io.IOExeption:Tunnel failed error when you try logging on to Paltalk Mobile™, TCP/APN settings need to be adjusted on your device.
In order to do that, you need to call your phone service provider and ask them about the APN/WAP settings.
- You need to collect gateway/proxy address, username and password from your phone service provider.
- Once you get them, go to settings on your BlackBerry phone> Advanced Options > TCP/IP settings. Make sure that you have a check mark on both APN Settings Enabled & APN Authentication Enabled boxes.
- Enter your gateway/proxy number/address under APN Settings Enabled and enter your username & password under APN Authentication Enabled section.
- Reboot your device and try to log on to Paltalk Mobile™.
6- Will my buddies on my pal list know that I am on Paltalk Mobile™?
Yes. An icon will appear next to your nickname to indicate that you are on Paltalk Mobile™ on our next desktop client builds.
