Skyhorse Publishing has announced that it will publish former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura?s book Don?t Start the Revolution Without Me! in April. A former Navy SEAL, professional wrestler, and movie actor, Governor Ventura?s first two books, I Ain?t Got Time to Bleed (1999) and Do I Stand Alone? (2000), were both national bestsellers. In Don?t Start the Revolution Without Me!, Ventura looks back at his time as governor of Minnesota and at life and politics in America since he left office in January of 2003. This book reached number 21 on the New York Times Best Seller List!
Gary's Comments
Jesse Ventura lived up to his reputation during his appearance on News Talk Online on Paltalk.com. Ventura, the former Minnesota governor and ex-wrestler, has authored his third book, Don't Start the Revolution Without Me. Which he says he penned to wake up the "lemmings" in U.S. society that have been led by the nose by a mainstream media more interested in the death of Anna Nichole Smith than the important issues facing the nation and the world. An opponent to a war which he says was started under false pretenses, Ventura, who is considering a run for the U.S. Senate, says the Congress can end the Iraq war simply by stopping its funding. He became a bit combative when questioned about his suspicions about the September 11th attacks. Ventura believes the government was aware and doesn't believe the story that the World Trade Center buildings came down just as a result of the two plane crashes.
