Selfish World--I dont understand people. Where are the morals and values in oneself? Are people so selfish as to not care about those in their life to take that extra mile to make another happy? It puzzles me to no end to discover no one cares unless they are first in whatever theyre seeking for self gratification. I wasnt raised to be a taker, but to be giving and self sacrifice. There surely is plenty of people to take advantage of that anymore and it seems Im surrounded by them with very few like me in the middle. As one told me WE ARE A DYING BREED! Rather pathetic if you ask me. When did life become about the one when it used to be about the many? No one cares what they do to another. When those who stand up are just thought of as a disturbance because they dont share the same paths others chose for themselves. I have nothing against individuality, originality, uniqueness, or personality except when they are used in a selfish manner that harms anothers emotional and mental state.
