People come and go in our lives for a reason,.... If your lucky enough to find that one person who will give it all up for, you,,,... Who you cant go a day without thinking about them... Who absolutely melts your heart,,, your soulmate in life then hold on to them,... because your are truly blessed,... Never let them slip away,... no matter where in the world you both are ,,, We have been given a ticket to ride this short journey called life,,,, don't dwell on the past,... because there will be no future,... live your life now,... don't wait till its to late,... don't live with regrets,... the only person who can make things happen is you,,,,so smile... because you never know who is going to fall in love with it,,, and be happy in life, this isnt a trial run!!!

I am Strong I have worked through my weaknesses, now I am strong. If I live like this each day, I know I will never go wrong. Beauty comes from within, and reaches to the outside. I give my life to God, and to him I do abide. I have overcome myself, now I do not fear. Before I changed my way of life, nothing was held dear. I have learnt from my foolish mistakes, now I am much wiser . I had great respect for God, today, I call him Sir. I can laugh, truly laugh, I feel joy and peace. May he give me grace, and may his love increase. I can cry because, now I can feel. I am honest, I stay real. I talk about my feelings, I care and I love. This way of living, is sent from God above. I have learned to pray for others, it was passed on to me. The elders said live this way, and you will be set free. I have let go of others problems, and give it to God. No longer chained to, this earthly sod. Love is the greatest, the good book tells me so. He said show kindness to all you greet, his love please sow. Live this way each day and you will never go wrong. Everyday, say with conviction I am strong, I am strong, I am strong. May 25th. 2012 Much love and many blessings xx

my dear Annika~ Thank you so very very much for all the loving and lovely e mails you send me. They are wonderful, inspiring and comforting too. I forward a lot of them to my dear daughter. She was especially touched by the Blue Rose one....... as Erik, her youngest son, and my grandson is autistic. I know you are thinking of your grandson, Max. As it's a year since he passed on. My love and thoughts are with you at this time ,my Annika. God bless you my Annika, dear friend and confidant...... love and peace be with you always.
