I am a highly devoted & kind woman who works with integrity, empathy & compassion to encourage & support individuals who are or have experienced distressing cirucumstances and past abuse/trauma. I have had the privilage to help many by sharing the knowledge I have gained from my own healing journey, those who have mentored me & on going research. I have a degree in psychology from a university & courses in counselling to give me the educational background in how to help.
