Thanks for the message. I could delete it (and I will any more like it) but I'm going to leave this one stand as an example. An example of what? An example of what is seen, and heard from Muslims on Paltalk, and responded to countless times by Christians on Paltalk.
I will not waste time/space here answering these charges that I have personally spent much time addressing in the past. I see no point. After all, it's debated endlessly on Paltalk, especially the Divinity of Christ (which sadly is debated among many who call themselves Christian as well).
To that end, and for the record, I post the following, so that for all time, I may be able to simply refer back to my profile anytime someone asks me, "Do you believe the Bible is the Word of God?" and "Do you believe Jesus is God?"
2 Tim 3:16-17 - this is in response to any Muslim (or anyone else) that may ask me the question, "Do you believe the Bible the Word of God?"
http://www.catholic.com/thisrock/2007/0701btb.asp - this is in response to those Christians who claim that the Bible is the ONLY Word of God in existence.
http://www.catholic.com/thisrock/2000/0003fea3.asp - this is also for those who doubt the Bible is the only source of the Word of God
http://www.catholic.com/thisrock/2004/0410fea2.asp - this for those who doubt Christ's Divinity, you can get a brief overview of apologetic methods used here. It would serve Paltalk discussions that seek to discuss His Divinity a great deal if one were to review this before going off "half-cocked", as so many are wont to do on Paltalk, into such a debate.
http://www.catholic.com/library/Divinity_of_Christ.asp -and this, should be obvious given the URL
And finally, simply because Jesus called God the Father "my God" (John 20:17) or in other passages seems to be showing Himself inferior to "God", in no way violates the concept of the Trinity. It shows His humanity in submission to His Father, nothing more. see here: |
