The best teacher is not the one that can cram the mind of the student with the greatest number of facts in the shortest possible time, but the one who is able to kindle a fire of spiritual and intellectual enthusiasm, who can develope within the student a knowledge of what he can become, who stregthens his high morale, spiritual and cultural aspirations.
