I broke my back and had Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) because of an accident thirty-nine-month ago. Doctors said I might not survive and recover fully with the TBI. They were wrong. Today, because of my faith in God, inner-strength and determination and desire to live a full life again, I can. Just take one day at a time and keep working towards you goals and you will do fine. I used a walker for a while, but working out four days a week and accepting what comes as me leading a normal life again. Hope, this helps give you a better perspective and do not worry about the wheelchair. You are alive.
God Bless
