To those banned from the room. The reasons are your lack of tolerance to non native speakers, resulting in abuse of them. Your general attitude . You have no right to find fault with anyone, regarding them stealing your jobs etc. None of you bother to work , so stealing "your" jobs , seems a crass statement to make. Aside from that , as I wouldn't want to know you in real life , why would I want to know you in a virtual world ? Coming in the room undercover , just shows , you want to belong, but I would prefer you didn't as fumigating the room afterwards is a chore !
