I am a 58 year old lady that is disabled with ddd (degenerative disc disease)buldging discs and bad arthuritis. I walk with a cane to keep me from falling. Which i have already fallen before the cane and messed up a 3rd disc in my back. So that is why I walk with a cane is to keep me stable while i walk so that I want fall again.
