I am yellow belt but I have a blue belt in karate. I hope to reach black belt and achieve my fitness goals: cardio, strength and flexibility. I love all sports and I do encourage equality in all sports. I have done a lot of aerobic classes as the only guy and did not feel ashame but proud that I did it for 3 years and it was a great experience. I hope more women join and do all sports especially martial arts. I don't see gender as a barrier.
