About Me: I grew up in Detroit ,the heart of Motown.I was lucky,I got to grow up during the times of the great country classics like ; Cline, Wynette, Tw
itty, Haggard, Jones, Williams Sr, Cash , Reeves ect. Gospel played a big part in my growing years, church 6 days week an twice and on Sunday. Hearing the gospel music really takes my soul to higher heights. I've been fortunate enough to be able to go to Memphis in August the last 9 years to celebrate the death of Elvis Presley,a man who's legacy will live on even though he is no longer with us.I am very family oriented and try to do as much with my family as I possibly can.I try to sing songs that hit home as I call it ,ones with a memory that goes along with it. And if you hear me sing a song and think to yourself gosh that's a tear jerker listen closely, you might be able to tell that the tears are rolling down my face while I am singing. I don't think of myself as a good singer I just sing to keep the memories alive
