I am a professional Health Coach and work closely with individuals to help improve their personal health. I also work closely with, doctors, groups, and companies to help improve the health of their patients/clients or their employees. I'd like to tell you that I don't have any kind of magic wand. I believe that people ?know? what they should be doing?but knowing what to do and doing it are two different things?would you agree?
