I can rattle off on all the usual things that most people seem to have listed regardless of whether they are true or not, like honest, loyal,(which I am) gsoh (have a very gosh too)etc, but I don't think it's until you get chatting with someone and then meeting them that one really gets to see the true qualities that person has.
