Dear mz_oreo_3 , the msot recent hurricane which was at the level 5 stage as it hit my Bayside home here in Chetumal, Qunintana Roo, Mexico where my dog Freeda and me were waiting it out in my home ...done sufficient minor damges to my roof as to allow for the rain water to enter into my computer . I thus have not had the use of my computer and am currently renting online with the computer in an internet cafe .
