I sat in a politcal chat room at lunch today. Listening to the usual party clones . You know, the I will vote straight ticket no matter what kind of people . I remembered what Mrs. Brunie my US government teacher told us once. I didnt think it was good advice until today. She said remember 5 things about voting. 1st You vote for who is best for your family, 2nd you vote for who is best for your community, 3rd you vote for who is best for your state, 4th you vote for who is best for America. and 5th you vote for your party. Today I think this is a wise thing. Or just midwestern values.
