My Bleeding Soul

When the needle goes into the skin, you think it isn’t that big it won’t hurt much, Not True. That small thing doesn’t just penetrate your skin. After awhile it lets your soul bleed. Remember in the beginning you hardly bled at all and after awhile it was hard to make it stop. That is how I came to the conclusion that the more you use the needle the weaker your soul becomes. Then there are the ones who poke once too much. It was just a little, why did he have to go? It wasn`t that one load, It was a slow and painful combination. It adds up or should I say it brings you down slow. But there is only one result, Death of Your Soul. Your soul is like a lamp that uses blood for fuel. I don’t believe you can burn forever. You don’t burn out; you burn up and are soon forgotten. Because your soul is weak, a dim unnoticed light in a fast moving world of bright souls full of life giving blood. There is only one hope for the bleeding soul. Put the needle down and fill your soul back up. God has the blood you need and it is there for the asking. I’m not asking for a miracle, just a little blood so my soul is seen as a positive energy. So God please hear my prayer. I need that blood before it is too late, my light it’s dim. Please fill my soul with your powerful life restoring blood. Please heal the multitude of small holes so I can keep what you have given me. Show me the purpose you have for me in this life. God grant me the serenity to except the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen
