How does it work?

You're going to have many people visiting you via your SuperIM URL. Web visitors will supply their name and you receive a popup notification within Paltalk. You can either accept or reject the SuperIM request. If you accept, a new SuperIM conversation is opened with the both of you in it. If you decline, your visitor will be notified that you are not available and, coming soon, will be able to leave you a message.

If you have any SuperIM conversations open when you receive this request, your notification will look slightly different. You will have the option to accept and start a one-on-one conversation, reject the request, or join the web visitor into an existing SuperIM conversation.

If you choose to join the web visitor into an existing SuperIM, any participant can interact with any other participant in the conference.
