What's good:
The admins do a great job of keeping the flow going. They are on top of issues with people using personal attacks. You have to really be a jerk to get bounced.
What's bad:
Nothing I can see. Even people who have a differing opinion are welcome. First Amendment rights are observed here.

What's good:
informative, not politically correct,respectful and tolerant to others of differant opinions,admins intervine as needed but very tolerant.
What's bad:
the winers that cry over being red dotted saying they are being picked on when in fact they were being rude but they are allowed to stay lol
