Visit our Help Rooms. This is easiest if you are already on the app and want to talk to someone else using Paltalk, though keep in mind most of the Help Room personnel are volunteers. Simply search for "Help Lobby" and find the one that suits you.

Chat Support! This is the easiest way to talk to a Paltalk Support staff member, though you may have to wait a couple minutes for a reply. Click on the blue button in the bottom right of the support.paltalk.com page to open a ticket. We're working to make this process as smooth as possible and appreciate your patience as we assist members on a first come, first served basis. Note: if you're connected with us on Facebook, you can message our Support Team by clicking "Send Message" under our banner image or opening a chat with us.
You can also find our Support personnel on purchase pages, again in the bottom right corner, this time under the orange button. They are ready to help with payments and answering any questions you may have.
We do have a legacy email address firstname.lastname@example.org, but we do not advise using email as your primary contact method, as other methods will get you a faster response.
Members who have been with us for a while may also remember a phone support service. Please note that in order to offer a faster, more personalized service for an international audience, we no longer provide phone support. This decision helps us expand our hours of service and cut down on confusion and bad connections.
