What are Paltalk Credits?
Paltalk Credits are the official currency of Paltalk which allows you to purchase Virtual Gifts.
What are Paltalk Stickers?
Stickers are a series of themed art expressing one or more types of emotions. They are a great way to express yourself to your friends and others. Paltalk Stickers come in packs of 10 and can be used anywhere from chat rooms to an IM with one or more of your online pals. Our Stickers cover every possible emotion imaginable and we are introducing several NEW characters to the Paltalk community.
Just like virtual gifts, use your Paltalk Credits to purchase Sticker Packs.

How do I purchase Stickers?
Purchasing Stickers works similar to virtual gifts, just click on this icon and then the
button plus in the upper right corner of your pop up sticker window. The plus button will launch the sticker selector where you can choose from several sticker packs. To get you started, we have provided you with a complimentary set of Paltalk Stickers.
Now you are ready to make purchases either in one-on-one conversations or in a chat room. Sorry, Stickers are not currently supported on Paltalk Express, iPhones and Android phones.

What happened to Crowns and Crown Points?
Crowns have been converted to new Achievement Levels. You can read all about the new and exciting change here. Most importantly, your current Crown equates to a new Achievement Level, and your Crown Points equates 1:1 Experience Points (XP). You do not need to make any changes or take any action.
For example, if you had 5000 Crown Points in the old system, you were a Level 2 Crown. This equates to 5000 XP and an Achievement Level 11 in the new system. Can we say upgrade?
What are Achievement Levels?
Achievement Levels (formerly Crowns) are a symbol of member status and are seen by everyone in the Paltalk community. Every time you send or receive Virtual Gifts, you earn Experience Points or XP. The more Virtual Gifts you send or receive, the more Experience Points you earn and the higher your Achievement Level goes.
This is how Virtual Gifts help you earn Experience Points:
When you receive a Virtual Gift worth 100 Credits, you will earn 100 Experience Points.
When you send a Virtual Gift worth 100 Credits, you will earn 50 Experience Points.
When you send a Virtual Gift to yourself, you will earn 100 Experience Points.
Achievement Level Rewards
For every 10th Achievement Level your nickname reaches, you will be awarded BONUS Paltalk Credits.
Room owners are also awarded Paltalk Credits when the room reaches new Achievement Levels.
Additional bonus credits will not be awarded for attaining a level for a second (or more) time, until 60 days have passed. For example, if you achieve Level 11, you receive the 125 Credit bonus. If you then drop to Level 10, you will not be eligible to receive another bonus for achieving Level 11 until 60 days have passed from your initial Level 11 award.
How long do Virtual Gifts last?
Virtual Gifts will always remain on your profile and groups pages.
The Crown Points received with a Virtual Gift expire on a rolling 60-day basis.
How long do Stickers last?
Nearly all of our Stickers never expire unless noted and can be used to express an emotion over and over again. They will also remain on your profile and groups pages. Like virtual gifts, the Crown Points received with the gift do expire on a rolling 60-day basis.
How long do Achievement Levels last?
Your Achievement Level status will remain as long as your Experience Points exceed the required threshold (see the table in "What are Achievement Levels?" section above). XP expire 60 days from the day you first received them, unless otherwise specified when you receive or send the Virtual Gift.
How can I see the number of Experience Points I have?
