What's good:
The people stay because you actually get to know each other enough to become real friends. Everyone is comfortable to be themselves because the owner and admins were able to create a safe environment. Amazingly bridges gaps between cultures.
What's bad:
You'll love the people so much that you will always keep coming back. its addictive.
